Hello and Welcome!

  Hi everyone, my name is Laura and I'm here to help. This blog will be dedicated to helping Middle Schoolers and High Schoolers by keeping them informed on school related matters (yes, college too). I'm making this blog because I know how difficult it can be to make transitions and not knowing everything that's going on. There are many things I wish I had known (haha, this is where the tittle plays part) when I was in middle school and in high school. Things about classes, schools, and all sorts of opportunities. I look back now and I think "If only I had know I would have done it." and I hate that feeling. Mostly because I can't go back and change everything, all I can do is make better decisions and try my best to be better informed for the future. But, I want to help students while they still have the chance to do things that they didn't even know they could do.
  Before I go on let me say that I know that when we're in middle school and high school we don't care for school as we should. At least the majority of us don't and by the time that we do it's too late. Listen, there's nothing wrong with having fun and enjoying those times, but know what's important. In the end it's all up to you and what you put first. Prioritize guys. Also, I know that it's difficult to keep a balance between friends, school, and life, but it can be done. As difficult as it may seem now. Remember that in the end it's all going to be worth it and yes, sometimes you will have to sacrifice some things, but life isn't easy, the best things usually aren't.
  So in this blog I will write about anything you guys want me to and would like to know about. Leave me comments and I will answer in a post. I will make my first one tomorrow and it will be for Middle Schoolers transitioning to high school.
  If you guys have any topics that you would like me to discuss I will. I'm here to help because I wish I had had someone to help me throughout it all. Looking forward to your comments and questions. Stay tuned for tomorrow!

P.S.- As time goes by I will make my blog more visually appealing so don't be put off by it.
